(a) 'Onults Proofreaders' means Onults Limited.
(b) ' Service' means proofreading, editing and CV writing service
(c) 'the Customer' means an individual or business that Onults proofreaders have agreed to provide its Services.
(d) 'Premium Service' means projects that have deadlines of completion for 3 days or less.
(e) Same Day Delivery Charge
This is a surcharge levied on projects with deadline of completion of less than 24 hours.
(f) 'Ordinary Service' means projects with deadlines of completion for 4 days and more.
(g) 'Projects' means a customer`s work that has been accepted for completion.
(2) Acceptance of Offer
(a) A customer is expected to have read the terms of Onults Proofreaders prior to accepting a quote, and forwarding documents to us as by so doing has entered into a contract with Onults Proofreaders for the completion of a project.
(3) Document Content
(a) Onults Proofreaders abide by the strict guidelines and high standards in the carrying out of its services and reserve the right to reject a project if it believes that the material or document has been plagiarised.
(b) Onults Proofreaders reserves the right to refuse any proofreading or editing or writing project if it advocates, racism, discrimination or it falls into the category of abusive, hateful, threatening or insulting material, or is alongside any material that violates international or national law and policies.
(c) Onults Proofreaders are not liable or responsible for infringement of copyright or any defamation as a result of its proofreading, editing and CV writing service. We will terminate the service immediately and the customer will be notified about our decision. The customer will receive a refund after any incurred costs for administration and any service costs have been deducted.
(4) Third Parties Right
(a) A person or entity that is not an express party to this agreement has no right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to rely upon or enforce any of these terms and conditions and Onults Proofreaders shall have no liability whatsoever to any such third party.
(5) Quality Assurance Commitment
(a) Onults Proofreaders is committed to providing a quality proofreading, editing and CV writing service. In the unlikely circumstance that a customer is not satisfied with our service, we will endeavour to resolve it amicably.
(6) Technical Disclaimer
(a) Onults Proofreaders aim to deliver its service by meeting our customers set deadlines. In the unlikely event that a project’s completion date is going to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, the customers will be informed by a text message.
(7) Legal Jurisdiction
(a) Onults Proofreaders is governed by the laws of the England and Wales.
(a) The customer agrees wholly to indemnify Onults Proofreaders for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
(a) Onults Proofreaders reserve the right to terminate all contractual obligations with a customer, who violates any of the Terms and Conditions.
(b) A customer who wishes to terminate the contractual agreement with Onults Proofreaders will be subjected to an administrative costs and cancellation fee.
(a) A consumer has the right to cancel a contract to provide Onults Proofreaders services within the cancellation period.
(11) Cancellation Period
(a) The cancellation Period for our Premium Service is 12 hours from the time of placing the order.
(b) The cancellation for an Ordinary Service is 48 hours from the time of placing the order.
